Kiswa Apparels is a Pakistan-based online store specializing in premium modest fashion, especially handcrafted Abayas. We focus on quality fabrics like Nida, Chiffon, and Silk, designed for the modern Muslim woman.

Currently, we mainly offer Abayas (including Closed, Open, and Bridal styles). We are expanding our collection to include more modest wear and accessories in the near future.

We currently deliver only within Karachi.

Delivery is available to all areas in Karachi. We will expand our shipping to other cities soon, InshaAllah.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days in major cities and 5–10 days in other areas.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Free shipping is available on selected orders and during promotions.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email.

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchase.

We only allow exchange if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. The item must be unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
