Kiswa Apparels is an online store specializing in modest fashion, particularly premium Abayas and related products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier service or location.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and weight.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchase.

Exchange is allowed only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact. Clear photographic evidence of the damage is required.

Exchanges are limited to products of equal or lesser value of the original purchase amount. Customized or personalized items (such as bridal abayas) are generally not eligible for exchange unless they arrive severely damaged.

Return shipping charges for the damaged item are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return transit.
