1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges Shipping cost is calculated at checkout according to weight and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
Important Note Please provide a complete and correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
2. Exchange Policy (No Return • No Refund)
We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange is allowed only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Clear photos of the damage must be provided at the time of request.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange will only be done for a product of equal or lesser value of the original purchase amount.
- You can choose any available product within the value of your original order.
- If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
- Customized, personalized, or bridal abayas are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive severely damaged.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or email at info@kiswaapparels.com.
- Share your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged product.
- After verification, we will guide you on the exchange process.
- You will be responsible for return shipping charges of the damaged item.
Final Note All sales are final. We strongly recommend reviewing product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
